Once construction is under way it may be necessary to make a change to the plans. We can carry out a Minor Variation to present to the building inspector or if the changes are more significant, we can prepare an Amendment to the Building Consent.

We will submit the working drawings to the Council on your behalf and answer any questions they may have. We monitor the Consent process to ensure it is issued as quickly as possible.

This is where we create a full set of plans and specifications needed by the local council in order to issue the Building Consent.

Once we have agreed on the basic floor plan, we prepare more detailed drawings.
